What happened when Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego refused to bow down to the sixty cubit high image of gold that King Nebuchadnezzar had built and required the people to bow down? Those who would not bow down and worship the image were to be thrown into a furnace and burned to death. Would the three Hebrews try to save their lives, or suffering a painful death by fire?
